Pre Rolls are the ready-to-smoke joint sold in Dispensaries. A pre-roll is when someone already rolled a Joint and filled it with all the Cannabis goodies and put it on the shelf to be sold. Pre-rolls are great for someone who can’t roll a joint for themself or someone who is planning to throw a big cannabis party and does not want the hassle of rolling a lot of Joints for people.
